I did a DMT on the memo table but found out I was using the wrong key1 value. When I try to delete the memos, it is telling me it does not exist. How do I delete the data in the memo table and start over?
Thanks
Mel

What was the data that was put in the key 1 field?
I had a similar issue with external links on a Case and had to delete the line through SQL.
MemoDate is part of the key for the Memo table and this is set to Now by Epicor when the memo record is saved, it is not possible to to override this with DMT (although it can be done via a BPM). This means that you need to supply the exact datetime that is saved to the MemoDate field in order to delete the record. This is in the format: 2016-12-08 15:08:05.733
I put in the customer id but it needs the system generated customer id .

Have you tried taking the DMT file you used, update the Key 1 field to the correct values, and then running the updated sheet in the DMT as Update only?
John,
No I haven’t but I will have to give it a try. I’ve been working on other Customer DMT items.
