DMT Delete - not deleting

Trying to delete Sales boundaries in specific sales territories. I have DMT selected to delete. BUT…I keep getting the following error:

I tried some other suggestions from previous posts (one being not including all the data - but all columns I’ve included are mandatory for DMT).

Information I’m providing when set to Delete in DMT.

Any suggestions on how to resolve?

The DMT template for Sales Boundary shows country as a string but you have a number listed. Not sure if that’s the cause of the error but I would look to change.
