Hi there! Is there anyone who has knowledge on RMA disposition and DMR Processing? We are in the process of cleaning-up the items that are left pending inspection that came from RMA’s, and whenever we make two dispositions in RMA, the other line will not go through. Also, whenever we make a failed disposition in RMA and did a DMR processing, the line is not clearing-up. Are we missing a process? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

No, it does not give us any error but it just doesn’t go through.
I am thinking there could be a step left undone. Do you have any procedure to follow? I’ll just confirm what I have here.
