DLL not found error when verifying balance records

Thanks for your help, I believe the issue was because SSRS/Crystal had not been set up properly.

Hi

I am managing an update from Vantage 8.03.305 to Epicor 10.0.700 and have got the following error message when verifying balances on test database. 


The assembly 'C:\ProgramData\Epicor\e10appvm-808\3.0.7.0\KAUS\shared\CustomDLLs\Erp.UI.Proc.GLVerifyBalances.dll' could not be found.


Has anyone had similar issues and know of a fix?

We had some PCs running E9 which had conflicts with the E10 client.  The solution was to uninstall the E9 client and reinstall E10 client.  One other thing we've had to do with E10 is delete the C:\ProgramData\Epicor folder. Hope this helps.
