Disable/Enable or overrid EpiTextBox dynamic size (width/length)

Is there a way to disable/enable an out-of-the-box native epiTextBox that resizes with the window screen? In the TaskList> Details> Comment tab I am trying to add another UD comment field. But on testing or when the form initialize/load the native control text comment field just takes over or returns to the original or dynamic size of the screen.

I tried setting the value for the width in the Properities sheet but it did not work. I also attempted to change the size using the extended properties and changed the property to “Width” and “ActualWidth” but it did not work.

I think I am all set on this. I discovered that if you change the Anchor Property of the group box and text box to top, left, the target comment fields remains at the set size during the customization save.
