I’ve got a user reporting that when she opens Order Entry several elements overlap(see screenshot below). I open the exact same screen(same menu item), but I don’t see the overlap. I tried changing the size of the screen thinking Epicor was being smart, but I’m unable to reproduce the problem. Any idea why different users would see a different layout when they look at the same screen, one sees elements overlapping and another doesn’t?
Not uncommon on customizations that moved certain anchors.
Purge their personalization for that form.
Also check her Scaling (in Display settings)… if it’s more than 100% Epicor frequently doesn’t like it.
