Difference in Cost Roll-up Vs Costed Bills of Material

We're on the verge of commercially launching a new line of products. In the process of doing so, we're in the middle of checking our bills of material for accuracy: margins, phantom sub-assemblies, operations, work centers, etc.

In the process of checking our bills of material, we noticed that the costs rolling up for some of our bills are different from the costed bills of material report. We checked our phantom sub-assembly costed bill and they seem to be adding up correctly to the parent part number. Any of you guys have any idea as to what's going on?
