Department not showing up on User's screen

Hi, I am new to Epicor and can’t find documentation to tell me how to allow a user to see the department menu. If I give System Adm rights they obviously can see it.

What am I missing.

You will need give the user access to it Menu Maintenance. The Departments form is a Security Manager only menu item out of the box.

I assume you saw that “Security Manager Only” was checked? That means only Security Managers can see that menu.
