Deletion of global record

Hello everyone,

I tried to open the menu, but it wouldn’t open as the following pop-up appeared. So, I tried to delete this menu from menu maintenance because it was an unnecessary menu. However, it was not deleted as the following message appeared.
How to deal with this issue?

Record Not found is probably related to the report itself, not to the menu. Look at the message details for it

Global record indeed cannot be deleted, so the message is correct. The question is why the first error is shown.
