Delete User - Referenced by Requisition Action

Check Material Management>Purchase Management>Setup>Requisition Actions. One of the actions most likely has the user referenced as an authorized user. Remove them from the Selected Users list and you should be able to delete the user (if that's the only reference). Other areas that may stop you from deleting a user are buyers, workforce, and person/contact. Once all references are deleted, users can be deleted.

From my experience it seems if you do anything with a user it is not possible to delete.

If you want to check against the database directly where the User ID has been used, you can use this stored procedure. I was in the same position looking for a user that was in our workforce as a salesperson that we've never heard of, and couldn't remove because it was referenced somewhere. Someone provided this to me, and it works a dream =).

Create the stored procedure and then use it by entering EXEC [dbo].[SearchAllTables] 'UserID'
