Hi All,
Our shipping area is complaining they have to always change the printer when trying to print and also change the settings to be 1 sided everytime they print, how can I make a certain printer default and the settings as well in Epicor?

Check out Printer Maintenance in Epicor. You may have to do this at the Shipping PC.

Hello. Could you elaborate on this? Our warehouse is now printing from Customer Shipment Entry for Shipping Label, but I cannot get it to default to a printer. The printer line shows alphabetically from all the printers set up in our Printer Maintenance. When I am in Printer Maintenance on their mobile device in the warehouse, I don’t see what I could set.
