When we are printing a page, the page will always print to portrait mode unless we click landscape. In 2024.1, we were able to just click landscape once and Epicor would remember that we wanted to print that page in landscape. However, in 2024.2 the page settings do not remember landscape, so everyone has to manually click landscape under page settings every single time.
Is there a way to make the page settings default as landscape like it used to in 2024.1? I have been getting a lot of complaints about this, and I would love to solve this for everyone.
For NETWORK printers, you can set the default settings in Printer Maintenance. Not sure if this would be the same for CLIENT printers or not.
Unfortunately, I don’t know if there is a way to do this based on the form being printed, at least not that I’ve come across. But setting the defaults in Printer Maintenance should (hopefully) stick.
