Jose, I also thought you were a moderator… no?
There should definitely be a "back up" person. I can't imagine the process of adding a member is much more than a click with the mouse.

Just a guess here but Manasa may not be able to be online much. I believe she had taken a new position and was moving to Tennessee. She may be "in between" on that so not able to respond to requests. I searched and I don't show any posts from her since the last week or so of July. Give her a week or two and she may get caught up. With a volunteer thing like being moderator the regular job and "life" in general have to have their place too.
