Thanks for your input and explanation. I was able to get the report to work
just as intended.
Our employees leave at 2:30 on Fridays and at Shiftendtime the rest of the
week, I was able to eliminate the Fridays that they leave at 2:30 from
showing on the attendance report.
If you are interested in this report I'll be glad to share it. I'm sure that
you both could really soup it up from what I have so far.

Say you want the report to give you the prior weeks Saturday thru Friday no
mater what day of the week you run it this week. Create a calculated field
START_DATE:
IIF(WEEKDAY(TODAY) = 1,TODAY - 7,
IIF(WEEKDAY(TODAY) = 2, TODAY - 8,
Etc.... (whatever today is subtract back to your start date.)
