Dataworks39 works Sometimes

Hello,
The above font was installed and the server has been started. When I run the report without “Print Layout” i see the bar code printing, but when I select Print Layout I get the famous * 1234 *

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Epicor version is: 10.2.700

When you say “Print Layout” is this “Print Preview”?
Do your users have the font installed too?

You have to have the font installed locally too for that.
