You need to take your database offline some time and truncate the Bi
file of your progress db
This will bring it back down in size. It may have increased in size
during importing of data

Our .B1 file was just over 102K five weeks ago. We have not enabled
any change logs yet, as we are still trying to determine whether there
are any critical processes that need a change log file.
