Data Directive - Order ACK Help

Hi everyone,

i need help sonverting Vantage BAM to E10 breaking routers.

I have setup a breaking router as i can get the email if i manually print the sales order acknowledgement. I created a standard data directive that when the auto print check box changes from any to true to print form.
i tried email, print preview and print report but i get the same error below.

i tried with a non modify report style and still got the same error. Any ideas what could be causing this. From looking on the website, the error is very generic…

please help

Can you post a screen shot of your report parameters for the Auto print?

You will want to fill either the OrderNum or OrderList parameter. Also, if you use Routing with this you will want to set that to true.
