Data Directive Issue

Hello,

We have 2 companies in Epicor. I added a method directive to both companies to auto check a check box when a new order is created, both work. Then I created a standard data directive to send an email alert when the email address is updated in the approval field… The issue I’m having is it works for one company, but not the other. I double and triple checked and I’m doing everything the same exact way. Any thoughts?

Does the other company that is not working have the SMTP/email relay set up correctly?
