Gary, you can save it anywhere you want; you will import it into Vantage from within (in Dashboard screen > File > Import Dashboard definition), so just place it where you can access it from Vantage. (Some users connect via Remote Servers, VPNs, so network drive is convenient).

i think of it as a portal. i had a class on it today for 8.0 looks
incredible millions of choices

I will need to create a summary dashboard. I need only one value by query. My question is, where the best tool for create this dashboard ?

Example : I will need only the value for the sales 2009, shipment 2009 (only one value)

I have one dahsboard that uses a table and share Partran. I used that when a refresh is not able to see the data dashboard. And I do not know why, but he has access to the table and share pattran. Do you already encountered this problem?

You start the Dashboard program and then you can import the dashboard
(File->Import Dashboard Definition while in Dashboard Developer mode).
