I have a simple Dashboard that I made to help someone search through our part numbers and our suppliers part numbers. But there is this one computer that can’t open it. I don’t think it’s a permissions problem, because I signed onto my epicor account on the computer and I couldn’t open it, but at my computer I was able to.
It appears to only be at this one computer, and I am having trouble understanding why that is. Any help would be appricated.
It does not open or it opens and you cannot see it?
And what UI?
It does not open, and it doesn’t work on any UI’s, but last tried today with Menu.
There is an issue if the user that is deploying the dashboard has dual monitors and deploys the dashboard from the secondary monitor.
So go back to the Dashboard designer and bring up the dashboard on the main monitor and deploy from the main monitor. Have the user close out of the client and try again. Does it open now?

If this is the case then the dashboard will show in the list when you hover over it in the taskbar and then if you right click maximize it will appear on your main monitor.
One computer, I would start with clear cache, then remove programdata folder.
