OMG! There is “Dashboard Options” :scream:

Ya I did clear those before. I just did it again to be sure and made a new dashboard, same issue. This screenshot is from after I saved, closed, then reopened the dashboard. Fields didn’t save (or partially saved).

Oh I have crap like that happen all the time.

Now this might not fix all your problems, but when I have issues I have like this, like locations that won’t update, or fields that won’t save, I go to the properties page for that control, and clear or change the data, then click off of it, then set it to what I want, then save, and re-open and check again.

It’s a giant pain in the ass. Sometimes it all works, and sometimes I have hell.

Epicor support was able to reproduce the issue, at least.

Same problem… with just one dashboard (that we know of).
Any word from support yet?
I have tried so many things to correct this and nothing works.
I’ve deleted the labels, saved reopened recreated the lablels, saved exited, reopened and their label text is just always the label controlname.
I don’t get it.
I’ve gone through the exported XML and it looks good I didn’t see duplicate properties or anything.
FYI - we are on 2023.2.22

Rick,
Unfortunately no fix or report yet. If you want to open another ticket and reference mine that might help get some traction. CS0004415948
