Has anyone had a problem opening the Dashboard program to create a dashboard? Once in a while, it lets me in without any issue. Most of the time, it just sits in the loading stage and freezes my system.

I haven’t seen that behavior with dashboard it self, but with other programs.
have you tried on different computers? it might be something related with your client cache or the client itself.
I would suggest you to reinstall client on a different target folder and give it a try…
