Dashboard no access data

Yes, I have a CRM. The person is not set up in a work force, but I
have an other people, is not in the work force, but I see the date.
It's very stange as problem. The people to work, he have the same
security to the people doesn't works.

Is the BAQ that the dashboard is using marked as shared? By default BAQs
when you create them only are accessible by the author.

Did you share the BAQ(s) in that are in the dashboard?

If you have the Multi-Company feature, then make sure that the other
user is logged into the correct company.

I have only one user she don't have access on this dashboard. For
all user, it's ok.
