Dashboard List view personalization/Customization Question

We use Vantage 8.03.407c in a SQL Server environment.

I have a couple of questions for the experts.

First, we are trying to personalize the list view in Job tracker. (Job Details > Operations > List) We've noticed that certain fields that we hide show back up as soon as we enter a job. Could it be that there is code interfering with hiding fields? Example: Act. Burden Cost, Est Sub. Cost, Act Sub. Cost.

Second, is there a way to control the decimal positions in the list view? Example: Labor Rate has 6 decimal places. This doesn't bother most people, but our executives hate it.
