I am having end users say that one dashboard doesn’t update the data timely. Here is the situation:
CSR 1 is in the order and changes something while Customer 2 ahs the dashboard up and the data already populated. They say they hit refresh and then enter the data to be updated into the dashboard but when they refresh the new saved data from CSR 1 doesn’t come through. Anyone experience this before?
