I want to add an dashboard into buyer workbench. Is that possible? Can anyone know how to do that? or is there any tutorial?

It is possible and there are some variations. There is some information on dashboards in the EpicorICETools User Guide. Also, page 416 in the Customization guide shows how to add a dashboard to a custom tab.
Are you just trying to embed the dashboard on a tab or do you want it to respond to a value in the Buyers Workbench?
Generally speaking, you create the dashboard…add a dashboard browse column…and add that to a new tab in a customization in the BWB with chosen options on how it functions within the tab. But, you can also just add a dashboard as-is on a custom tab.
