Dashboard Help

,

So I created a Dashboard that has two Queries, that are going to be used to track our accuracy in our labor reporting and our receiving MFG-STK. Everything appears to work fine until i do a line chart that shows i have no data after 1-31-2018. See Image

The last image is with the dashboard run wide open. if i put in my tracker to the date range for the missing data i get this.

and if i put in the date range where that data falls off, i get this

So it clearly shows that the data is there, but it doesn’t pull all of it in one go. does anyone know what seems to be happening here? I have the dashboard and BAQ’s attached below. If anyone has any ideas, that would be great.

Thanks

I imported it, and it seems to work fine in my system. I don’t see any goofy filters or anything that would be causing it.

I’m guessing it’s going to be some limitation with the number of rows. In my system I don’t have anything over 200, and it looks like you are over 10000. How long does the dashboard take to refresh? Mine takes about 3 seconds and returns 2719 rows.

I’m sorry that I’m not a lot of help, but at least I confirmed that it works fine with no modification in a different database.

Can i get a screen shot with it running wide open. wouldnt mind showing it to my boss so he understands its not on the BAQ side.

running it wide open takes about a min to load. How can i check to see if im hitting a row limitation? any idea?

Someone else would have to jump in on that one. A minute seems like a lot of data. Trying to process that much at once will probably be problematic. I would probably think about limiting it to a monthly report or looking at a BI product that can do the calculations outside of the system.
