you could start with Introduction to Dashboards and Advanced Dashboards.


you can also order the ICE Tools User Guide from Epicor - This is a GREAT document .

I am a novice to the world of Epicor, So i was wondering If there are any documents available to learn more about creating dashboard queries - structure and syntax's etc

Contact your Epicor CAM. Order the Epicor ICE Tools User Guide. It's a great book with everything you're looking for.

 

You might be able to find a PDF of it on EpicWeb, not sure. I'm one of those people who can never seem to find anything on EpicWeb.
