Cycle Count Note in Tag Entry

Hi,

We are looking for a way to look back at cycle counts and see a note on the part to reference why the count was off. In Tag Entry you can add a “note” to the tag. I’m just not sure where to find that note once the count is finished. I can’t find it in the Cycle count tracker under the tag or part number. In preferences it’s not an option to add to the list of things the tag shows either. I also don’t see it in part history tracker either. We can use different discrepancy reason codes as a general reason but looked to have a bit more detail. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Nick,
Notes show up in Cycle Count Tracker, Parts, Tags, Detail. Since the note has been saved at the tag level, logically you need to go to a screen that feeds back data at the tag level. It took me a while to find it!
