Last year we were new to Epicor. At the end of 2024 we used initialize physical inventory to do inventories in our various warehouses. Our tooling warehouse was a total mess and the person in charge, failed to complete the cycle count. Now here it is April and the Cycle Count Maintenance has not been posted from last year. We are getting ready to do a full cycle count of the tooling warehouse, but it is not showing up when I try to initialize the physical inventory and I’m sure it’s because it was never posted. What happens if I cancel the cycle and start over?
If that Cycle was marked as a “Physical Inventory” then I think your only option is to delete that cycle, fix your schedules/periods and go again.
It wasn’t posted, so nothing will be permanent.
