Customizing MES start production activity

Answered my own question: In the Process Calling Maintenance, the ".dll"
extension must not be specified. (But it is required in Menu
Maintenance).

Subject: [Vantage] Customizing MES start production activity

I've created a customization for the Start Production Activity screen in
the MES interface, but am having trouble deploying it. The
customization works fine though the developer, but I can't get the MES
interface to start the customized screen. Epicor 9.05.602a.

Stuff I've done:

Created a new menu item UDMES under the Process menu calling
Epicor.Mfg.Menu.Mes.dll with my main screen MES customization, and
modified the .mfgsys config file to call that menu item - all this works
fine.

Created a customization for Start Production Activity with the same
customization name, then created a new menu item UDMES1 for
Epicor.Mfg.UI.StartProductionActivityEntry.dll with my customization.

And in Process Calling Maintenance, created a custom process reference
Epicor.Mfg.UI.StartProductionActivityEntry.dll when called from
Epicor.Mfg.Menu.Mes.dll, using the menu I created above UDMES1.

But I seem to be missing something... the main MES screen starts with my
customization, but clicking Start Production Activity still gives me the
standard screen, not my customized one.

Thanks,
