Customize columns for personalization

I am not sure how to ask this. This would apply for anywhere but this example is my Cash Receipts Entry. We can personalize column from the 3 dots but what if there is a field we would like and it doesn’t exist? I am not sure if it exists or if something has to be developed. I guess I am asking if it is possible to add columns that are not there?

Maybe eaiser to use the Summary function they added. (Figure 1.)
Then you can see the totals in the lower grid. (Figure 2.)
