You probably did not assign it a field to store the data in. Double click
on it in design mode and check to see that there is a field selected to
store the data.

Good morning/afternoon,

I have called Epicor for an enhancement on Vantage 8.0. Please read the described enhancement and if you feel that your company would benefit from this, please call Epicor and place your name regarding this enhancement. Please reference Call # 1586799MPS.

In the Purchase Order Entry part of the program, I am asking for an enhancement that will be very similar to what is in Job Entry. Please let me explain. The Engineering area in the Job Entry where a person is able to select a group of Parts and then filter those Parts from the list that was chosen. After choosing the group of filtered Parts, the users just drags those Parts to the material section. I have found that this is very useful for the Engineers and the Job Entry personnel we have. However, in our company, we have instances where people hand a purchasing agent a piece of paper with Parts to order. These Parts most of the time are not to placed on a job, therefore Job Entry is useless with its helpful list. I would like to see this same helpful list or something that resembles this list in the Purchase Order Entry section of the program. I feel that this would help us and others of the Vantage group. Also would like to suggest this to the Vista group since both
programs are the same thing.

In reference, a shopping cart is needed.

Please call Epicor using this Call # 1586799MPS and suggest that they should implement this enhancement.

You may have to press ok on the line screen also as you exit out.
