Ok,  I am not a programmer by trade.  What I know in SQL is self taught.  I have many advanced customizations I need to do that will require using the script editor.  Any suggestions for quickly learning code to use for this or a good place to get some cheats to help me.  I would prefer to use VB....I feel more comfortable with that than C#.....

If you don't have programming experience I recommend you either go through a couple of formal courses or get a consultant to help you. Even if you manage to get it done odds are the quality will be poor and it will have a significant impact in the product performance. With that said you can get started by downloading the ICE Tools and Customization Guide from EpicWeb
