See which form your pointed too, "System Management / Configuration
Maintenance / Report Style Maintenance" then select the AR Invoice Form,
on the bottom of the screen look at what form is selected as YES under
the DEFAULT column. It may be a standard or custom crystal form you can
edit with Crystal Reports. Remember in version 6.1 you need Crystal
Version 8.5
