It just means that the customization hasn't been validated yet on that
installation of Vantage. Go to System Management > Utilities >
Customization Maintenance. Search for your customization (you can
select in the Status Dropdown of the search "Not Yet Validated").
Once you found your customization, go to Actions > Validate
Customization. You should be all set to go once it validates.

1.we have tried customisation on journal entry screen, its done and we achieved our goal, so we save it on export file.
2.And also imported the same xml file without developer mode, its working fine
