How do you add a comment to a customer that says “Do Not Send Ship Ticket” for the packers/shippers in back? The customer has multiple ship to’s and so was thinking about adding it in somehow at the customer level but i don’t see a place to do so.
In the Sales Order Window, Header>>Comments>>Pack, there is a field to put the comments that will print in Packing Slip Report. You can do a BPM to copy the comments from default customer default comments to this field.
