Dear Customer, We have created one Sales Order with qty 17,000.00. We have partially shipped qty 9,200.00. While trying to ship remaining qty system is throwing warning message refer to below screen
Could you please suggest how to resolve this issue.
Go to the order and reopen the release. While making packing slip, the shipper marked the release as complete.

This can also happen if you have multiple releases and they are in date order. Epicor assumes release 1 is the master release and it needs to be the last date or it will close the line and releases.
