Customer shipment entry error

Hi,
Can someone please help me. When we ship to our customer we are getting this error. The part is in the primary bin and is in inventory. It keeps happening. started today. Help

It would appear someone has turned on ‘Warn’ for Negative Stock Transactions for the Part Class tied to that Part. That is the first place to look.

this happens sometimes to us when the part is on a pack that hasn’t been marked as shipped, and then the part gets added to a new pack. The unshipped pack is reserving qty so that when you try to ship the 2nd pack it gives you the warning pop-up of going negative. See if you have any unshipped packs with this part on it.
