This is a bit odd, but I have a customer shipment pack that is invoiced and was closed on 11/30. The status of the pack is “invoiced”. I am trying to add the tracking number like we always do with closed packs and it’s throwing an exception:
I haven’t run into this before and we always update the tracking after the pack is closed.
Any tips? We are on 10.2.200.3
what does the detail on the error say? I’m wondering if that’s a BPM?
Check the billing details tab in Customer entry. Just ran across this error last week and someone had set the billing day to a specific day of the month (I think it was the first).
I do have a BPM on this method, but it’s not failing at that. I also tried turning off the BPM and it still throws the error. In another environment, I set up the same scenario and it did not throw an error with the same conditions.

I’ve sent them an email to find out, good call. I’ll check out the other environment to compare Earliest Apply Date
