Hello I am new to docstar I am wondering how difficult it will be to make a flow where form’s can get attached to Customer screen I have one working for AP invoices but not sure how to approach the customer one
Any document can be processed via an ECM workflow and attached to a table in Kinetic that supports attachments (not all do). Customer supports attachments, and will require the company code and Customer Number to attach a document to the Customer record.
You may need a datalink to look up and translate the Customer ID to Customer Number before the attachment step/task.
