Customer Bill To address

My problem is that when you look at the Sales Order in the tracker the bill
to address shown is not the address the invoice was mailed to. Even worse
is that when you look in the invoice tracker the address that appears is NOT
the address that prints on the invoice.
I should mention that since my first post, Wendy from Epicor called me and
said that her response to me was incorrect and that she had forwarded the
issue to development for review.
I was interested in knowing if it was just here or has anyone seen that if
you use a bill to address it does not appear correctly in either Sales Order
or Invoice tracker.

Jerry, you will find the ship to address info on the sales order release and
on the invoice line. The bill to is exactly that - the address where the
invoice goes!

Is anyone using the "Bill To" address for customers and noticed that the
Sales Order tracker does not display the correct information. On the
heading screen it is labeled "Bill To" but it displays the customer master
information even if the customer and Sales Order have a bill to address.
This causes us problems because if a salesperson reviews an order they are
led to believe we are going to bill the wrong address and want us to fix it.
I print the invoice and it prints correctly but you can not determine that
from the SO tracker. Even if the order has a shipment and you have access
to the invoice tracker, the invoice tracker does not display the bill to
address.
I contacted Epicor support and was advised by Wendy Peterson that it was
designed to display the wrong information !!
I have been using Vantage since 1996 and I can not think of any reason for
them to design it to appear in the tracker as if we invoiced the wrong
address. Hopefully some one can tell me why I am way out in left field on
this one.
