In V8.03:

SalesManagement--OrderManagement--CustomerPart is the maintenance for
cross-referencing Customer Part Numbers. CustXPrt is the table name.

I don't know about Supplier Part Number cross-referencing.

In V8 check out CustXPrt for your customer part to internal part cross
reference.

V9 supposedly has Manufacturer P/N cross ref to internal P/N I have not
seen it to know how useful it will be in our situation. V8 does not
have that function and we have heavily customised the system to make
use of a UD table with that kind of a cross reference.
