I am in need of a special custom report that is quite involved and
Epicor quoted me a three month turn around. Has anyone worked with
3rd party firms that are familar with Vantage and can create custom
reports in a shorter window?

I was wondering................I have Mike's time-out utility set at 20 minutes. If I run a custom report and the report takes 25 minutes to compile and run, and I don't do anything else in Vantage during this time will the utility time me out while I'm waiting for the report?

Wendy,
Best way to test is set the Timeout to 1 minute, run the report and sit and watch to see what happens.
