Currecy combox is disable in Sales Order Entry

I am so confuse why the Currency combox is disable in Sales Order Entry. Is there a setting i have to enable? Thanks

Is it disabled before you add lines to the Sales Order? Ours is not disabled until we add a line to the sales order.
