CTP Issues After Upgrade

We recently upgraded to Kinetic 2022.2, since then we’ve had a bug with CTP for jobs coming from Quotes. If we create a line on the order manually, not from a quote, the error doesn’t seem to appear.

We have tried disabling all BPMs associated with Quotes, Jobs and Orders and used the base form. Still get the same error.

We have created a case with Epicor but was hoping maybe someone has ran into this problem before and could offer some help. Thanks in advance!

Did you ever get an answer to this? I’m finding that the CTP process uses the MOM from the quote and NOT the approved revision.

Check out this thread, it may have your answer. We had a similar issue with engineering workbench and method tracker. We had to update the MOM from engineering workbench to correct the issue.
