I’m having any issue with a CTP calculation. Running CTP that uses a constrained material.
If the current on hand quantity of a constrained material cannot satisfy the current demand, CTP is adding the full lead time of the part to the scheduled start date of the job. This would be fine if there was nothing on order for the part. However, I have multiple stock POs due to arrive well ahead of the part’s lead time and the CTP scheduled start date.
Expectation is that CTP takes planned supply into its calculations. Is that not true, or is there a setting I’m missing somewhere?
