I’m asking to make sure I’m on the right rack. But one of my users got the error “Invalid Epicor Crystal Runtime installation.” This came up after they were given a new computer by our tech team (does not include me). Therefore, I’m thinking, reinstall crystal reports, correct? Report works on other computers. What do you guys think.
That sounds like the case. I’m assuming its not a reinstall but a fresh install since it probably doesn’t exist on that computer.
Yes, you’ll need to install the Epicor runtime.

Yes, and I have found sometimes I have to have both x64 and x86 versions on some machines.

Thanks! I had some issues, then I tried shutting it down. Noticed a bunch of updates that needed to take place, and then I was able to install runtime.
