I am located in the states, and our plant in Chile is getting this error. We are also having the same error at one PC so far here in the states. What version of Crystal Runtime should we be on?

I know the different Crystal runtimes are super version dependent. Assuming that you haven’t upgraded recently, maybe try a repair install or a remove and reinstall of the Crystal Runtime.

I am being told that we were upgraded recently. I don’t really mess with Chile Epicor since we have so few users, and as long as it works, I leave it.
