Following the recent major upgrade, we were required to update our Crystal Report runtime. Everyone has successfully installed the correct version and is running Crystal Reports without issues, except for one user who encounters an error when trying to print preview Crystal Reports: “The report selected does not have any data to download.”
However, this user can successfully download the report XML with data via Server File Download without any issues.
The user had no problems working with Crystal Reports prior to the update. We have checked the access rights, reinstalled the client, cleared the client cache, and reinstalled the Crystal Report runtime, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?
